Wright Nights

Frank Lloyd Wright’s Martin House announces the return of their popular summer Wright Nights, when the architectural masterpiece is open late with extended evening hours, tours, workshops, and other special programming on summer Thursdays beginning June 4, 2025 and continuing through September 3, 2025.

Visitors are invited to spend their summer Thursday evenings exploring the Martin House campus in new and engaging ways. This year’s Wright Nights feature:

• Summer Evening Tours & Experience the Martin House at sunset as changing light and shadows reveal new architectural details throughout Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpiece.
• Music in Bloom Concert Series & Free outdoor concerts return to the East Lawn featuring:
• George Scott Band & June 12
• The Strictly Hip & July 16
• Songbirds: A Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band & August 20

Visitors are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket and enjoy music amidst the Martin House gardens.

• Reading By Design Book Club & Inspired by the Martin House’s current special exhibition Collecting Ourselves, this summer reading series explores the journey of historic objects and pieces of art from their place of origin into museums around the world.
• Hands-On Workshops & Creative workshops focused on art and design will be offered throughout the summer including:
  • Calligraphy & June 4
  • Gardening & July 2
  • Printmaking & July 9
  • Paint & Sip & August 13
• Additional Thursday Programming & Select Wright Nights will also feature:
  • Pop-up art activities
  • Live music
  • Guest lectures
  • Cornhole Tournament
• Extended Museum Store Hours & The Museum Store will remain open during Wright Nights so guests can score a unique keepsake.

Wright Nights run Thursdays from June 4 through September 3. While some programs are free, pre-registration is strongly encouraged to avoid disappointment as these events do sell out.
