Women of the Queen City Bus Tour & Lunch at the Twentieth Century Club
Her Story is Buffalo’s Story

Step aboard for a fascinating journey through Buffalo history, told through the stories of the remarkable women who helped shape the Queen City.

Join Explore Buffalo on October 23 for an exclusive, one-time-only opportunity to discover the women whose vision, determination, talent, and courage left an indelible mark on Buffalo. From activists and entrepreneurs to artists, philanthropists, educators, and trailblazers, these women made their voices heard – sometimes quietly, sometimes boldly – and helped shape the community we know today.

Your tour experience begins at the historic Twentieth Century Club on Delaware Avenue, one of the oldest women’s clubs in America. Board a comfortable motorcoach provided by Buffalo Limousine for a guided tour led by an Explore Buffalo docent, focused entirely on the extraordinary women of the Queen City and the places connected to their stories.

Following the bus tour, return to the Twentieth Century Club for an exclusive guided tour of its beautiful 1895 clubhouse, an architectural gem designed by the renowned Buffalo firm of Green & Wicks. Then gather for an elegant lunch in this remarkable historic setting for the perfect conclusion to a day celebrating Buffalo’s history through the women who helped make it the Queen City.

This special experience is offered for one day only – don’t miss your chance to discover a side of Buffalo history that deserves to be remembered.
