Course One begins at 6:00 PM with a Welcome Reception featuring a Prosecco welcome pour and a Tuscan antipasto display enjoyed upon arrival before seating. The antipasto includes imported Italian cured meats, aged pecorino and Parmigiano-Reggiano, marinated olives, roasted red peppers, artichokes, grilled focaccia, fig jam, and extra-virgin olive oil.

Five-Course Tuscan-Style Dinner:
 

Course Two: Burrata with black truffles, basil oil, aged balsamic, and grilled crostini, paired with Gavi La Meirana.
 

Course Three: 

Pan-seared black cod (or halibut or sea bass) with citrus beurre blanc, toasted almond gremolata, roasted broccolini, and saffron risotto, paired with Chardonnay, Nebbiolo, or Pinot Noir.

Course Four: 

6 oz wagyu filet mignon with red wine reduction, scalloped potatoes, and glazed spiced carrots, paired with Tuscan red selections.
 

Course Five (Dessert): Classic tiramisu with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, cocoa, paired
