Twilight Tour & Healing Sound Bath

Join Megan Callahan, founder of Heart Song Healing and Sara Rodriguez aka Saranaide for the return of our popular sound healing offering at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Martin House.

Sound has a tremendous effect on the central nervous system, helping it to unwind and facilitating healing. Let the acoustics of the crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and vocals, along with the gorgeous backdrop of the Martin House help you ground as we move into spring.

This special workshop will feature a meditative tour of the Martin House, followed by a full sound bath, with some gentle stretching and a deep restorative meditation. After time to relax and go inward, participants will close the evening with a cup of tea and a snack. 

Please wear layers and bring a mat, a blanket and a pillow, and anything else you need to be warm and comfortable for the duration of the sound bath and practice. If you have an eye mask, consider bringing that as well.
