The Dave Hill Celebrates “One More Round Around the Sun” with his Group – An Evening of “West Coast Jazz”

Since 1985, Dave Hill has been a prominent guitarist in the Los Angeles music scene, engaging in numerous recording sessions and performances. He has collaborated with artists like Gregg Karukas on his 2004 album “Two Seasons,” Chuck Negron, Max Bennett, and toured globally with Engelbert Humperdinck. Hill has authored music instructional books for Hal Leonard and released two original contemporary jazz albums. His 2010 album, “New World,” featured The Yellowjackets. In Southern California, he performed with the “Dave Hill Group” at top jazz venues, including the “Baked Potato.”

Since relocating to Buffalo from Sunny Southern California, Dave was able to quickly establish himself in the Western New York area music scene. He found some of Buffalo’s best players and re-tooled his original music project out here. He’s been excited and honored to be able to present his music to the appreciative music fans in Buffalo.
