Sauna Club at Larkin Square

Join us at Larkin Square in Buffalo, NY on May 16 for a full-day sauna and cold plunge experience. Sauna Club brings together contrast therapy, guided rituals, yoga, breathwork, and live music in a unique outdoor wellness event. Whether you’re new to cold plunging or experienced with sauna, this is one of the most unique wellness events in Buffalo this spring. 

LIVE MUSIC:

Hailing from Buffalo, NY, Family Funktion and the Sitar Jams is a genre-defying trio blending the vibrant tones of the sitar with deep funk, jazz, and psychedelic rock grooves. With a foundation of bass, drums, and sitar, they craft a dynamic, ever-evolving musical experience that fuses Eastern melodies with Western improvisation and a jam-band ethos.

They’ve performed alongside legendary acts including Max Creek, Particle, Michael Kang (String Cheese Incident), Rob Wasserman (Grateful Dead), Toubab Krewe, and more known for unpredictable, high-energy shows that turn each performance into a one-of-a-kind experience.

For this event, the group performs as a special trio with Brad Robbins stepping in on bass alongside sitar and percussion. Additional solo sitar will be woven throughout the day, creating a living soundscape that evolves with the experience.

Movement & Guided Sessions

At select times throughout the day, guided sessions will take place within the space.

These may include yoga, Qi Gong, tai chi, breathwork, ecstatic dance, and other movement and mindfulness sessions. Join a session, head out, or continue at your own rhythm.
