Sarah De Vallière & the Rhythmwell are thrilled to return to the PAUSA stage, bringing their signature blend of Rochester-born artistry back to the Buffalo music scene. This performance comes at an exciting turning point for the group as they enter a new chapter with a fresh name and are currently in the studio working on a highly anticipated new album.
Sarah De Vallière’s voice ranging from sweet and ethereal to soulful and powerful, is the centerpiece of a live experience that evokes both laughter and tears. A Berklee College of Music alumna (’11) with a degree in film scoring, Sarah crafts lush, cinematic soundscapes and “enthralling Americana storybooks” (CITY Newspaper). Her piano playing is both dynamic and skillful, serving as the perfect engine for her emotionally resonant storytelling.
The Rhythmwell is a stellar group of musicians who navigate diverse soundscapes with seamless precision:
Mark Balestra (Guitar): A versatile powerhouse who balances tasty, supportive licks with explosive, spotlight-stealing solos.
Brad Johnson (Bass): The source of the band’s funk and depth, anchoring the music with hard-hitting, memorable grooves.
Emmett Ientelucci (Drums): A master of precision who weaves carefully crafted rhythms with unexpected, high-energy grooves.
