Murder Mystery Dinner Theater at Genesee Country Village & Museum invites guests to step into a thrilling evening of intrigue, comedy, and interactive storytelling.
Participants become the sleuths in a 19th-century murder mystery inspired by sensational headlines of the era. Led by the performers of the WNY Improv Group, costumed characters mingle throughout the evening, dropping clues and drawing guests into the story as it unfolds. A buffet dinner inspired by 19th-century flavors is served during the performance, adding to the immersive experience.
The event takes place entirely in the Meeting Center, where guests will enjoy a cash bar, hors d’oeuvres, dinner service, and the final reveal. This program is designed as an interactive theatrical experience, with opportunities for audience participation throughout the evening.
Tickets must be purchased online in advance and will not be sold at the door.
