An afternoon full of laugh-out-loud comedic works suitable for the whole family.

JLDC’s mass appeal is in part due to their penchant for outrageous comedic works. Jon’s philosophy has always been, “Laughter brings us all together to a common ground. If we can laugh together, anything is possible!”

Saturday’s matinee performance is full of humor, joy, and cartoonish celebration that will leave the audience laughing and smiling all the way home:

“Loose Canon” (2003)

Jon’ first comedic work, an ironic and irreverent dance inspired by the film “One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest”.

Pulp” (2016)

A wild and zany comedic romp that asks the question:

“What if Buster Keaton, Quentin Tarantino, and Scooby-Doo made a dance?”

Mingos!” (2023)

A raucous, wild, and outrageous dance that sees a Flamboyance of Flamingos transform into an Ostentation of Peacocks!

plus much more!

Don’t miss your chance to see JLDC back in Buffalo, where it all began, and see why the Chicago Sun-Times said, “Lehrer and the dancers of his wonderfully game dance company were funny and brilliant at the same time.”
