Jerry Seinfeld’s career skyrocketed after his 1981 debut on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. In 1989, he created Seinfeld with Larry David, a series that went on to become one of the most successful and acclaimed sitcoms in television history. Over its nine-season run, the show earned major awards, including Emmys and Golden Globes, and was later named the greatest TV show of all time by TV Guide and the best sitcom ever in a 60 Minutes/Vanity Fair poll.

In recent years, Seinfeld has produced Emmy-nominated Netflix specials such as Jerry Before Seinfeld and 23 Hours to Kill, as well as the hit web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. His work spans film, books, and Broadway, including projects like Bee Movie, the documentary Comedian, and several best-selling books. Most recently, he starred in and directed the Emmy-nominated comedy film Unfrosted, and he continues to perform stand-up around the world.
