IDL Presents: Cello Stories

Ian Liedke is back at Pausa with a new project.

After listening to Jesus Molina’s last album Cello Stories, Ian was inspired to transcribe and arrange these beautiful tunes. Based on the seasons, Jesus Molina perfectly captures each title, and allows the cello to be featured in a unique way. Ian will be joined by Samantha Godus playing cello.

Native to Buffalo, Samantha holds degrees in Cello Performance from The Crane School of Music and the University of Ottawa. With over 20 years of experience, she is a member of the Equinox String Quartet and performs with numerous regional orchestras. Outside of classical music, Sam is a singer/songwriter and producer known as GODDESS, with two released albums. Catch her performing original music around the Buffalo area.
