Hertel Avenue Murals Walking Tour

Hertel Avenue has been transformed over the past several years by the addition of numerous murals to the neighborhood’s streetscape. Some murals have been created as part of the Albright-Knox Art Gallery’s Public Art Initiative, while others have been created by neighborhood businesses. Join us on this walking tour to discover murals both large and small, including murals by both local and international artists. 

This tour meets outside the Centro Culturale Italiano di Buffalo (Italian Cultural Center) at 2351 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14216, at the corner of Hertel and Delaware Avenues. Street parking is available on Hertel Avenue and nearby side streets. This tour is approximately ninety minutes in length and approximately 1.3 miles of walking.
