June is National Dairy Month and to celebrate, Explore & More is partnering with UNC Dairy and Milk For Health of the Niagara Frontier to host Dairy Day at the museum on Saturday, June 6. This programming day will provide families with a fun and interactive look into the world of dairy farming.

All featured activities will be cow and dairy themed, including crown and cow-face making crafts, trivia, a yogurt parfait tasting station (11 a.m. until 1 p.m. or while supplies last), and giveaways like a cow keychain (limited quantities available).

Children will also have the opportunity to meet a calf, who will be stationed on Explore & More’s loading dock.

We encourage everyone to check out the brand-new “Moo-ve The Milk” exhibit presented by UNC Dairy and Milk For Health on the fourth floor, which features an immersive experience that takes children through the modern process of how milk gets from the cow to your fridge.

Guests can enter a contest to name the jersey cow featured in the new exhibit.

Studios will be open for activities from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. The museum will be open to the public from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Explore & More members can start playing at 9:30 a.m.
