Kelly Elaine Navies, Museum Specialist in Oral History at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC), will discuss the practice of oral history and how it can be used to support and deepen family history research. She will offer guidelines and strategies for creating and implementing a family oral history project.
