Coffee & Doughnuts Workshop

Coffee & Doughnuts Workshop at Genesee Country Village & Museum invites participants to explore how two beloved treats were prepared in the 19th century.
Guests will step into the Jones Farm Kitchen to learn traditional methods for roasting coffee and frying doughnuts using period ingredients and techniques. Guided by Museum educators, participants will take part in the full process and enjoy the brunch-time treats they create.
This hands-on workshop offers a flavorful look at historic foodways while building practical skills that can be used at home. Space is limited, and advance registration is required. The workshop will take place in the Jones Farm Kitchen.
