Before rock ‘n’ roll ruled the night, Western New York’s clubs were home to another kind of entertainment: vaudeville, burlesque and the classic floor show.

Author and historian Rick Falkowski explores the colorful history of vaudeville and burlesque and the legendary WNY venues that featured live floor shows, including the Town Casino, McVan’s, the Stage Door and others.

And this one isn’t just a history lesson.

The presentation will come to life with four burlesque dancers, comedians, comedy skits and dance routines inspired by the performers and floor shows of the era.

A little history. A little comedy. A little burlesque. And a whole lot of old-school entertainment.

You can’t go back in time. But for one night, The Caz will bring the floor show back.
