Butter, Biscuits, & Bites Workshop

Butter, Biscuits, & Bites Workshop at Genesee Country Village & Museum invites participants to explore traditional kitchen skills through hands-on experience.
Guests will learn how butter and soft cheeses were made in the 19th century while taking part in churning, cheese making, and baking using a historic woodstove. Guided by Museum educators, participants will practice timeless techniques and gain a deeper understanding of historic food preparation.
This workshop is recommended for ages 14 and up. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paid adult. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.
