Bake Oven Workshop

Bake Oven Workshop at Genesee Country Village & Museum offers participants the chance to practice traditional bread-making skills in a historic setting.
Guests will work in a 19th-century kitchen using a brick bake oven to learn about historic baking methods and the foods commonly prepared during the 1800s. Guided by Museum educators, participants will take part in the full baking process and create freshly baked treats while gaining techniques that can be used at home.
This workshop is recommended for ages 16 and up. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paid adult. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.
