Wayland Brewing Lancaster is a taproom and restaurant at 11 W Main St. in the Village of Lancaster. The location pairs Wayland Brewing’s craft beers with a kitchen run by Buffalo Bros Burgers, a partnership between brothers Brad Rowell (Wayland co-founder) and Corey Rowell (Buffalo Bros co-owner), serving Buffalo Bros’ full menu of smash burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and milkshakes alongside indoor and outdoor seating in the center of the village. Open Wednesday through Monday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, closed Tuesdays.
