The Muffin Man Buffalo – Depew

The Muffin Man of Buffalo at 6065 Transit Road in Depew is a family-run bakery and café from owner Len Grosso specializing in oversized “mega” muffins baked fresh daily, and is the second shop after the original French Road storefront in Cheektowaga. The menu draws from a catalog of more than 50 sweet and savory flavors, ranging from blueberry, chocolate espresso, and Blizzard of ’77 to jalapeño cheddar, Guinness beer cheese, and spinach feta, along with a rotating daily muffin lineup, a homemade soup of the day, and special orders of any flavor in batches of six.
