Schwabls Restaurant
West Seneca, NY 14224
Schwabl’s traces its history to 1837, when German immigrant Sebastian Schwabl first settled in Buffalo. Today, his mark on the region’s food culture persists. Schwabl’s roast beef on ‘weck is one of the longest-running examples in the area, and the menu holds firm on its timeless takes—from classic hot sandwiches and tangy German potato salad to its embrace of our holiday Tom & Jerry tradition. Gene and Cheryl Staychock have owned the West Seneca landmark and veritable time capsule since 2004.
