Santasiero’s Restaurant

Santasiero’s has anchored the corner of Lafayette and Niagara streets since 1921, and its new owners didn’t want to mess with a good thing. Jennifer Hurley, Mark Longo, and David Capretto, all longtime regulars, bought the restaurant from the Brands family with one goal: to keep it running the way they always did. The team may have refreshed the dining room, but the kitchen still turns out the same pasta e fagioli and eggplant parmigiana dishes that have fed Buffalo families for over a century, in portions that haven’t shrunk one bit.
