RocketCup Coffee Café at 125 Washington Street in downtown Buffalo is a specialty coffee shop inside the Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship’s Buffalo campus, serving espresso drinks, drip coffee, fresh food, and grab-and-go items. It is the third café from RocketCup Coffee, a Western New York company founded at St. Bonaventure University that roasts its own specialty coffee at its headquarters in Cattaraugus and also sells retail coffee bags, including a Buffalo Coffee Blend. The café is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for counter service, making it a convenient weekday coffee stop for downtown workers, students, and visitors.
