Oliver’s Restaurant

Oliver’s Restaurant opened in 1936, founded by Frank Oliver, in the iconic, stately building on Delaware Avenue, which it still occupies today. Over the decades, the restaurant’s ownership passed through several others, including the respected restaurateur Henry Gorino, before being acquired in 2013 by Dave Schutte, now its fifth owner. Carefully updated while preserving original features like its marble columns, Oliver’s is prized for its consistent fine dining, AAA Four Diamond status, notable wine list and sophisticated service.
