Nick Charlap’s Ice Cream – Hamburg

Nick Charlap’s Ice Cream at 10 Euclid Avenue in the Village of Hamburg is a family-owned ice cream stand in the Buffalo Southtowns, one of several Nick Charlap’s locations across Western New York. The family has run the business for more than 50 years and makes its own premium hard ice cream in over 40 flavors, including Cinnamon, Bourbon Praline Pecan, Cotton Candy, Peppermint Stick, and Cashew Caramel Crunch. The stand opens daily at noon for takeout ordering, and there’s outdoor seating on site.
