I BBQ 4U is a takeout barbecue spot at 1588 Eggert Road near the Grover Cleveland Highway intersection in Eggertsville, serving brisket, pulled pork, pork spare ribs, beef short ribs, and chicken with sides like mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, salt potatoes, and cornbread. Owner and pitmaster Chuck smokes every meat on-site in the large smoker parked out front on Eggert Road, and each day’s batch is cooked in limited quantities that regularly sell out before closing. The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM for takeout only, with call-ahead orders encouraged and catering available for grad parties and private events across Buffalo and the Northtowns.
