Gabriel’s Gate

Gabriel’s Gate is located at the heart of Buffalo’s walkable Allentown district. Since the 1970s, its tin ceiling, carved wooden booths, massive chandelier and mounted hunting trophies have welcomed diners into its cozy dining rooms. Widely known to many as The Gate, its no-nonsense, casual fare keeps ‘em coming back, especially the classic Buffalo wings. In 2018, Gabriel’s wings earned a nod from Bon Appétit as Buffalo’s best wing stop. In 2020, The Daily Meal named it one of the top 25 wing joints in the country, a designation only four wing places in Buffalo enjoy.
