F.A.T. (Food After Ten) at 253 Allen Street in Buffalo’s Allentown neighborhood is a late-night burger bar and full bar concept opened in 2026 by 10-year hospitality veteran Zachary Russell, who built a cult following with a food trailer behind 26 Allen Street before moving into the former Days Park Tavern space and bringing his scratch-made, punk-energy burger recipes to a permanent brick-and-mortar home. The menu features regionally inspired burgers from across the country including the viral Skirt Burger — a California-style smash burger with a cheese halo bigger than the bun and house-made pickles — alongside a Mississippi pot roast brisket sandwich, fan-favorite mac and cheese, and off-menu modifications born directly from loyal customer requests at the original trailer. Open Wednesday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and Sunday from 5:00 PM to midnight, F.A.T. is one of Allentown’s most exciting new late-night dining and nightlife destinations, bringing bold food and genuine punk energy back to one of Buffalo’s most iconic bar corridors.
