Eileen’s Centerview Bakery

Eileen’s Centerview Bakery was founded in 1964 by Eileen Frick, who built the West Seneca shop to support her eight children through her notable baking abilities. Still using her family recipes every day, Eileen’s is well-known for its fresh and scratch-made donuts, almond rings, cheese danishes, custom cakes and WNY’s iconic pastry hearts. The bakery remained family-run for a decade, but ownership recently transitioned to Jen and Tom Trunzo, with granddaughter Carol Parker continuing as manager and steward of her grandmother’s longtime traditions.
