Dimples Cafe at 2938 Delaware Avenue in Kenmore Village opened in March 2026 as the brick-and-mortar home of the beloved Dimples food truck, founded by Lyon Lascu whose Dutch heritage inspired him to bring poffertjes — traditional Dutch mini pancakes originating in 1700s Holland — to Western New York after spotting a massive line for them at a Singapore night market. The open-kitchen café features a modern diner layout with counter seating and cozy booths, serving 10 mini pancakes, customizable egg dimples cooked in the signature dimpled pan, freshly roasted and brewed specialty coffee, Dutch stroopwafels, teas, and lemonade. Open daily starting at 7:30 AM on Delaware Avenue in Kenmore’s walkable village district, Dimples Cafe is a one-of-a-kind breakfast and brunch destination for North Buffalo, Kenmore, and Tonawanda residents looking for something beyond the typical café experience in Western New York.
