16 Ellicott Bar and Grill at 16 Ellicott Place in the Village of Depew is a locally owned neighborhood bar and grill serving beef on weck, wings, beer cheese soup, a Friday fish fry, and cocktails. Owner David Hastreiter and a volunteer crew of friends and locals fully renovated the former Rafferty’s space, adding cozy fireplaces, an expanded bar with more TVs, and a remodeled private back room, and the bar now books local bands two Fridays and two Saturdays each month alongside darts, pool, and Tuesday karaoke. Open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM, Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to midnight, 16 Ellicott offers dine-in and takeout service, plus catering packages for private parties in its back room.
