New Year’s Eve 2026 · An Elegant Dinner Experience

Ring in 2027 beneath the grandeur of The Statler Buffalo. On the last night of the year, the Terrace Room becomes a candlelit dining room for an evening of fine food and celebration.

The evening begins with an open bar from 7 to 9 PM alongside dinner. From 8 to 10 PM, Milton’s is open as a cash bar.

Dress up, gather your favorite people, and send off the year somewhere unforgettable. Seating is limited.

A five-course dinner by Executive Chef Adrian Bylewski

First Course: Decadent House-Crafted Pão de Queijo & Pickled Treasures
Warm artisan cheese infused bread paired with silk whipped sea salt butter and Chef Adrian’s curated pickled treasures.

Second Course: Opulent Coastal Lobster & Dungeness Crab en Croûte
Rich, buttery seafood bisque beneath a flaky puff pastry vault, crowned with freshly shaved black truffle.

Third Course: Decadent Heritage Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine tossed in rich house Caesar, topped with an avalanche of aged shaved parmesan and golden brioche croutons.

Fourth Course: The Grand Duo of Prime Tenderloin & South African Lobster
A majestic duo of pan-seared prime filet and butter drenched South African lobster tail, served over silk whipped potatoes and charred broccolini with red wine demi-glace.

Fifth Course: Scorched Basque Cheesecake & Berry Elixir
Dark-caramelized Basque cheesecake with a silky custard center, crowned with a warm, liqueur-kissed berry compote.
