Uncle Joe’s Restaurant

In late 1974, Joe and Pam Gargano opened Uncle Joe’s Diner in Hamburg as a 30-seat truck stop. Over time, it grew into a 130-seat landmark. Today, sons Mike and Joe help manage operations. The family-run establishment serves generous portions of homemade comfort food at reasonable prices. Popular favorites include the fish fry, all-day breakfast, Reuben sandwich, fresh-cut fries, and homemade pie. The Buffalo Platter features a mini beef on ‘weck with five chicken wings, allowing anyone to easily sample two Buffalo classics at once.
