Mayer Brothers Cider Mill

Founded in West Seneca in 1852, Mayer Brothers Cider Mill was born when Jacob Mayer purchased an apple-pressing mill to serve local farmers. Still family-owned (and now led by fifth-generation Garrett Mayer), the business is widely known for the cider and sweets that define a classic cider mill experience. In the fall, the bustling outlet hosts lines that wind around the rustic bakery, past the fully stocked donut and cider cases, stretching all the way to the checkout counter. Guests come for warm cider and cider slushies, cider-scented doughnuts and other freshly baked delights.
