Fowler’s Chocolates – Buffalo Office

Fowler’s Chocolates is Buffalo’s oldest chocolatier, tracing its origins to 1901, when Joseph A. Fowler sold sweets during the Pan-American Exposition. Long associated with sponge candy, the company remained family-run for much of the 20th century, and its success is often credited to the uncompromising quality of its chocolates. Purchased by Randy and Ted Marks in 1993, the Fowler’s operation today includes five candy shops, with one located inside its River Rock Drive factory.
