Founded in 1904 by Sebastiano Di Tondo, fourth-generation Rita DiTondo and her husband, chef Fabio Consonni, revitalized this Seneca Street landmark in 2021. After working at three-Michelin-star Per Se in New York and Italy’s acclaimed Villa Fiordaliso on Lake Garda, the couple transformed the historic tavern into a farm-to-table destination for refined yet straightforward regional Italian cuisine.
