Mersiv (Anderson Benoit Gallegos) is prominent Denver-based electronic music producer and DJ who pioneered the freeform bass subgenre known as “Pretty Dark Loud” (PDL). Managed through Red Light Management, he combines deep emotional resonance with heavy, gritty, and therapeutic bass energy.

Gallegos began his musical foundation with formal lessons on the piano and guitar, drawing early inspiration from rock and metal bands like Tool and Seether before transitioning into electronic music production. His signature “Pretty Dark Loud” ethos bridges contrasting auditory worlds offering a mix of high-energy festival bangers and deep, meditative flow-state soundscapes.
