Opera on Tap: iOpera

Explore the intersection of music and technology as only opera can at iOpera the fourth installment of our Opera on Tap series at Resurgence Brewing Company. The program features three modern works that take inspiration from our digital presence: Gabriel Kahane’s Twitterkreis, drawn from real tweets; Kahane’s Craigslistlieder, a cult-favorite collection of hilariously human Craigslist ads set to music; and Robert Paterson’s Captcha, a treatment of those annoying verification codes as if they were any other foreign language.
