Crystal Z Campbell is a highly acclaimed multidisciplinary artist, experimental filmmaker, and writer who currently serves as an Associate Professor of Art and Media Study at the University at Buffalo. Of Black, Filipinx, and Chinese descent, Campbell’s work deeply explores “public secrets” historical gaps, omissions, and narratives that are known by many but remain largely untold or unvoiced.
