Kids’ Summer Studio: Fantasy House Collage (Ages 8-12)

In this imaginative workshop, young artists become interior designers of the impossible. Using high-quality magazine imagery, paint, and assorted craft embellishments, participants will “build” a multi-room fantasy home on paper.

From a bedroom with a waterfall to a kitchen in outer space, this class focuses on composition, texture, and visual storytelling. Students will:

Cut and collage architecture and furniture to create depth and perspective.

Use paint and mixed media to add custom patterns, lighting effects, and whimsical details.

Design unique rooms that reflect personal hobbies, dreams, and wild imaginations.

It’s part interior design, part surrealist art, and 100% unique.
