Nick Charlap’s Ice Cream at 7264 Boston State Road in Hamburg is a family-owned ice cream shop in the Buffalo Southtowns, one of several Nick Charlap’s locations across Western New York. The family has run the business for more than 50 years and makes its own premium hard ice cream in over 40 flavors, including Cinnamon, Bourbon Praline Pecan, Cotton Candy, Peppermint Stick, and Cashew Caramel Crunch. The shop opens daily at noon and offers indoor seating and takeout, with wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance, and restrooms.
